During my visit to Lebanon, from amongst all the delicious food we ate, this red cabbage salad stood out! Yes, I know, how strange that out of all the food, a salad caught my attention! I guess it is because it wasn't something I had tried before, and I really liked it once I did. So when I got back, I made it the way I had eaten it back home.
- Add all the ingredients above into a serving dish, and mix well
- Adjust the lemon juice, olive oil and salt according to your taste
It is that simple! Absolutely delicous, easy and refreshing!
