Directions

This is a lovely Lebanese starter, it reminds me of Ramadan, and I absolutely LOVE IT!! It is so simple and easy to make, and tastes absolutely delicious.
  1. Heat the olive oil in a pot, then add the pitta bread, until they are heated and gain a little colour
  2. Meanwhile, cook the minced meat. Once it changes colour and cooks, add the salt, black pepper and cinnamon to the meat, alongside the pine nuts, then set aside
  3. Add the chickpeas and garlic to the pitta bread, and mix for a few minutes, before adding the yoghurt and salt for literally 30 seconds, before removing off the heat
  4. Place into the serving dish, and add the meat over then serve hot

Taken from my snapchat: nosaiba89 Do not leave the yoghurt for long on the heat So quick, so tasty...I could eat this all day long! :D I know the pics don't look as appealing, but trust me you will love it. Enjoy :) SaveSave
