For some reason, I felt like making lamb chops today. So I made it in the most tasty and easy way my imagination could think of, keeping it simple by using one pot to make this dish.
- Add all the above ingredients in an oven proof deep dish, mix well. Taste and adjust as needed (add more pomegranate syrup if you want it more tangy)
- Cover and leave in the oven at 250 degrees Celsius for 15 mins, then remove the cover and leave for a further 45 mins - 1 hour, or until the meat is nice and tender
You may wish to taste the syrup mid way of cooking, to adjust even further. This dish is super easy, as you can see, and very delicious, especially for those who love tangy flavours like me :D enjoy!
