We all know chicken nuggets are delicious, and kids love them too! This is a healthy spin on chicken nuggets, as they are grilled, full of flavour, and made into a salad to bulk it up and fill you up.
- Mix the milk with with the tandoori powder in a small bowl, then in a separate bowl mix the breadcrumbs with the tandoori and paprika
- Take each chicken cube, dip it in the milk, then coat it in the breadcrumbs. Place on a hot grill to cook, flipping it after around 5 mins
- Meanwhile, prepare the salad by mixing all the ingredients for the salad, including the pitta bread
- Once the chicken is done, mix it in with the salad, and place some on the top
This is so filling, yet so healthy and quick to make. Enjoy every mouth full, guilt free! :)
