Directions
This is a super simple Lebanese food to put together for lunch, dinner or a snack :D
It tastes delicious, and takes so little effort! You can use any type of bread that you like, we always have pitta bread in the freezer, so I used pitta for mine.
- Place the ingredients (except the pitta bread) into a bowl. Mix well together using your hands, to ensure the ingredients are well combined
- Divide the mixture over the pitta breads, pressing down and evenly distributing
- Place into the oven on full blast for 15-20mins (keep an eye, as ovens will vary). Once the meat is cooked, remove and serve
This is perfect served hot with plain yoghurt. Enjoy the simplicity in this meal :)
