Directions

If you want something easy, quick yet delicious and fun to eat and make, here is an idea for chicken strips - made as a wrap.
  1. Sprinkle the salt over your chicken thighs. In a bowl, add the milk with some paprika, and the flour in another bowl with some paprika
  2. Dip the chicken strip into the milk, then into the flour, then back into the milk and back into the flour. Set aside on a plate until all the chicken strips are coated
  3. Heat up some vegetable oil, and shallow fry the chicken strips over medium/high heat. Turn the chicken strips after 5 minutes or until it has lightly browned. Turn the strips a few times, before checking up if the chicken has cooked through, and the coating is nice and crispy by testing one strip. if it is done, remove onto kitchen paper until ready to serve

The layering process... There is so much flexibility as to how to serve these up. You could simply dip them in a sauce and eat them alone. I chose to fry up some potatoes, and using a wrap, place ketchup and bbq sauce, alongside the chicken strips and the chips, with some sliced tomato, lettuce and chopped parsley. However you decide to eat these, I hope you enjoy :)
