If you want something tasty, yet you want it quick, then this easy chocolate pudding is a definite yes! It is really simple, requires a few minutes of mixing, and then you're done. Whats good is that it can be served warm or chilled. It's almost like chocolate custard, so you can be adventurous with this recipe and add to it as you wish (a layer of digestive biscuits when plating up could be a good idea)
  1. 1) In a medium-sized saucepan, add the sugar, cocoa powder, corn flour and salt over medium heat, and stir in the milk.
  2. Bring to a boil, stirring constantly, until the mixture thickens up (and coats the back of a metal spoon).
  3. Remove from the heat, and stir in the butter and vanilla extract. Place into serving bowls, and top with grated chocolate if you wish.

This is really good if you have unexpected visitors, as it takes no time what-so-ever, or if you wanted to make something and keep it in the fridge ready to be served. Or, you could make it to gobble it up yourself! Enjoy :)
