Directions
I have previously made dark chocolate brownies, which were a delicious success (search dark chocolate brownies). But these are triple chocolate caramel browniesssss.....just to give an even bigger sugar rush, and get the blood sugar levels shooting through the roof! This is easy to make, and quite fun if you ask me :D
- Mix the flour, cocoa powder, instant espresso and salt in a bowl then set aside
- Using an electric whisk, cream together the butter and sugar, then add the eggs and vanilla extract, and keep whisking till a smooth mousse like consistency forms (have some patience :) )
- Mix in the dry ingredients with the creamed mixture, and mix enough to just combine the mixtures together
- In a 20cm squared baking pan, grease and line with baking paper. Place the mixture, whilst reserving one cup of it for later
- Pour on top the walnuts and white chocolate chips, followed by the caramel sauce
- Mix the milk chocolate chips with the reserved batter, then make a top layer over the caramel sauce, spreading evenly to the best of your ability (don't worry about covering all the caramel sauce)
- Place in a hot oven at 180 degrees Celsius for 30 mins, then remove and leave to cool completelyyyy before serving
I cut the pieces before the brownies had cooled completely, but leaving it in the fridge, when I tried it the next day, it was just....OUT OF THIS WORLD mashAllah! I cannot explain, you need to just try it out for yourself! Enjoy :)
