- 1) In a small bowl, add all the ingredients except for the salmon. Mix well.
- In a dish, add the salmon fillets, and pour over the marinade. Mix well to ensure the salmon pieces are well covered. Cover with cling film and place in the fridge to marinate for one hour.
- Place each fillet along with a few tablespoons of marinade into individual pieces of foil. Place a slice of lemon over the salmon piece and wrap up the foil to form a parcel (ensuring you seal it well to avoid the marinade leaking out). Double wrap with another piece of foil for each individual filet parcel.
- Place into the oven at 200 degrees celsius for 35-40mins. Serve whilst hot and add any remaining marinade over the salmon that was left over in the parcel
